Made up of two old railway carriages, Turnstiles is a truly unique holiday hideaway where you can enjoy peace, privacy and spectacular uninterrupted sea views.
Set within a pretty sheltered garden but raised up to make the most of the fantastic views of the Solent, Turnstiles is a lovely beachfront bolthole for families, friends and couples alike. The carriages have been lovingly converted, the scenery is unbeatable, and the location on the edge of the small coastal town of Selsey is perfect for beach visits, fishing trips and sightseeing. There’s nothing quite like living by the seaside.
Selsey is situated on the tip of the Selsey Bill peninsular just 8 miles south of Chichester. The town itself has a thriving fishing community, a well-equipped high street and a good selection of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants, and within the local area you can enjoy activities like diving, horse riding, cycling, fishing, golf and kite surfing. And if you can bear to tear yourself away from the beach then make time to visit Arundel Castle, Goodwood, Weald & Downland Open Air Museum, Pallant House Gallery, Chichester Festival Theatre and Pagham Nature Reserve.
Selsey is a 2 hour drive from London and 20 minutes from Chichester railway station.
