If your idea of the perfect break is a roaring open fire, a walled garden and breath-taking rural scenery then look no further – Hill House Farm Cottage is the place for you. Within its walls you will find charming traditional features (think beamed ceilings and church pews round the dining table) as well as ample mod cons. Outside there is a lovely garden where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the panorama. And in the area there are walks, golf courses, beaches and famous landmarks galore. It’s a bucolic paradise.

The Mendip Hills and Cheddar Gorge are both within easy reach, and nearby Glastonbury Tor is a mecca for hikers. Golfers will find the Isle of Wedmore course just 2 miles away and popular places like the sandy beach at Weston-Super-Mare and the historic Wells Cathedral are both within a 30 minute drive. You could even try your hand at sailing on the Axbridge Reservoir.

On the ground floor there is a bright country-style kitchen and dining area as well as a living room with an open fire, leather sofas and a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. On this floor you will also find a WC and an entrance area with a half size snooker table, and upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a family bathroom.
At the front of the property there is a walled garden and the living room leads out onto a patio with a table, chairs and wonderful views. There is parking on the grounds for two vehicles.
During peak periods the changeover day is Friday and maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
