Outside you will find a gorgeous sun deck and a lawned garden with magnificent sea views. And nearby you have easy access to Carbis Bay beach, the charming town of St Ives, and all manner of other eateries, amenities and attractions. You certainly won’t be disappointed.

 

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

Carbis Bay beach, just a short stroll away, is a sheltered haven of white sand and clear waters, but St Ives, with its art galleries, restaurants and independent boutiques, is just along the coast and easily accessible on foot or by train. Keen hikers can enjoy the St Michael’s Way pilgrim route and the coast path beyond, there are numerous other beautiful beaches in the area, and attractions like St Michael’s Mount, the Tate Gallery, Paradise Park and Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens are all well worth a trip. With the A30 just 10 minutes away this is an excellent setting in which to discover West Cornwall.

Interior Details:
Architect-designed with strong eco credentials, Cedar Lodge is the epitome of modern sustainable living. There are five bedrooms - two en-suite super king size masters, two further super king/twin rooms and one ‘snug’ - as well as a family bathroom with a double sized bath. And the living spaces comprise a very well equipped kitchen with under floor heating, a dining area with a large reclaimed wood table and an open plan sitting room with a huge TV and plenty of comfortable furniture. Artwork from across the globe adorns the walls and little extras like board games are provided.

Exterior Details:
Outside the first floor there is a sun deck and on the ground floor there is a patio with furniture, a picnic table and a gas BBQ as well as a large lawn with superb views over the sea and along the coastline towards Godrevy lighthouse and St Agnes. There is a driveway with space for up to four cars.

Conditions:
A deposit of £500 is required to secure your booking with the balance due 31 days prior to arrival. No smoking and no pets. Check out time is 10am.
