Those in search of gentler pursuits can enjoy fishing for wild salmon in the Nooksack River and boating on Silver Lake, or if you want to get the adrenalin pumping then you can go white water rafting, mountain biking, climbing, hunting, skiing, snowboarding or snow-shoeing. And at the end of a long day of exploring you can settle into one of the area’s excellent restaurants before heading back to your cosy cabin.
