There is also a regular passenger ferry from Kilcreggan to Gourock with direct train links to the vibrant city of Glasgow. Visit the beautiful Linn Botanic Gardens situated at the head of Cove bay or enjoy amazing walking and cycling routes with an array of coastal, country and forest trails to explore, in this area of outstanding natural beauty. There is also direct access from the kitchen to the rear shared garden. Venturing outside to the wonderful private fully enclosed front garden, with magnificent sea and mountain views to enjoy over Loch Long, there is a seating area, ideal for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a good local ale, nice glass of wine or a wee dram. There is also a shared garden to the rear of the property, with secure housed bike storage available. There is ample off road parking available.

Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine. Open fire (first basket of logs and coal included). Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Ample off road parking available. Beach, shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance. Shingle Beach adjacent to property, ideal for picnics. Smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar in lounge. Cove Country store directly next door providing a range of fresh foods. Dog owners please use the front private garden only. Please note that the Gardener will attend once every 2 weeks over the summer season. Please note that the property will be eco friendly from January 2022 onwards in terms of environmentally friendly household products used.
