General Info
A great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this beautiful coastline is simply stunning, just a short ferry crossing from Gourock, so a day trip to Glasgow is easily arranged. Loch Long offers fishing and scuba diving if you are looking for some adventure or if you would prefer some history then why not visit Castle Toward. Lunderston Bay is a beautiful sandy beach with rock pools to explore and nearby Pucks Glen has some lovely walks and stunning waterfalls to discover. For any keen gardeners Linn or Benmore Botanic gardens are a must. As you walk into the hallway the staircase is eye catching, on the ground floor you will find the formal dining room adjacent to the lounge off the hallway. Both of these rooms have high ceilings and a wood burner, with TV in the lounge and fabulous Loch views. There is a small snug area at the back of the lounge with another log burner. Off of the lounge you will find the large conservatory which has views right across the garden a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating. Further along the hall there is a ground floor shower room with shower and WC and a large farm style country kitchen which is fully equipped with a large American fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, two dishwashers, washer/dryer and an additional small fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen you will find a wet room with WC. Heading up the staircase there is a half landing with a unique double bedroom with TV and en suite shower room which has a shower and WC. This bedroom has a large garden balcony with loch views, the perfect escape to watch the sun go down. There is also a family bathroom on this level with a shower over bath and WC. Moving up the staircase to the first floor there are two double bedrooms with TVs and a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room which features a shower and WC, there is also a third double bedroom on this floor with an en suite with shower and WC. The house has a large garden to discover, there is a lawn area with fabulous views and lots of hidden areas to explore. There is a large decked area which is accessible from the kitchen via the patio doors and offers a perfect space to enjoy alfresco dining, with a charcoal BBQ. There is ample private parking on the drive for up to five cars.
