The villa is just 500m walking distance from the charming local village of Katouna, where you will find two tavernas, a café and a mini market, and nearby Ligia (2.5km down the mountain) is home to bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants by the sea. There are lots of gorgeous beaches to explore, not least the one at Ligia, and Lefkada, the main island town and the gateway to the island, is a mere 6km away. It’s impossible not to relax here.

Lefkada may be an island but it is actually just a 50 metre bridge crossing from mainland Greece so it is extremely easy to access.

Interior Details
The villa has a floor space of 180sqm with four lovely en-suite bedrooms. The open plan kitchen is light and airy, with all the modern appliances you could wish for and you will also find a dining area and a sitting room with a fireplace and sea views. There are two bedrooms on each floor and French doors from the lower floor open out onto the garden area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and comes complete with TV/DVD player and WiFi connection.

Outside the living area there is a large veranda with magnificent views over olive groves towards the sea, and the 1.5 acres of grounds also contain a swimming pool surrounded by loungers and a children’s playground with a slide and a swing.
