General Info
This stylish holiday home is situated just minutes walk from popular Camber Sands beach. You can walk for hours along this beautiful five mile stretch of soft golden sand, explore the dunes behind, take a dip or let the children play on the huge beach. Hop in the car or on a bike to visit the nearby beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye, where cobbled streets are lined with restaurants, tearooms, boutique and antique shops. Those looking to venture slightly further afield can enjoy days out at Hastings which is packed full of things to do, enjoy a round of crazy golf, visit the Sea life Centre or take a trip up the East Hill Cliff Railway into Hastings Country Park and enjoy spectacular views along the coastline. The front door of this bright and airy property opens into a hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes. Walk through to the lounge /diner which offers a large corner sofa and armchair, an ideal spot to curl up in front of the wood burner on a chilly evening and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV with Netflix. French doors flood the dining area with light and is the perfect place for evening meals with a large dining table that seats 8 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor: a king size, two twins, and a single with an additional trundle bed. The twin and the single room share a Jack n Jill shower room with walk in shower and WC, making an ideal family suite, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The ground floor is completed with a playroom with sofa, TV with games console and a selection of children s toys. Heading upstairs you will find the master king size bedroom with en suite with a corner bath and WC. Outside, there is a large fully enclosed garden with Indian sandstone patio with plenty of garden furniture, bar, pizza oven, two BBQ's, fire pit, hammock and children s pirate themed play area. Enjoy fantastic summer evenings relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day at the beach with a glass of something cold and refreshing. There is off road parking for five cars and access to the beach is directly opposite the property.

Private parking for 5 cars. Beach, Pub, restaurant and shop within walking distance. Short breaks and alternative changeover days welcome, Sunday arrivals are by prior arrangement with the owner. Please note that this property has a main area sleeping 6 persons and attached annex sleeping 4 persons. The annex is comprised of 2x bedrooms, 1x living room/playroom and a bathroom. The annex also has a separate entrance / exit.
