An ideal location from which to explore both the coast and countryside of Suffolk, the village of Debenham offers a range of amenities and places to eat. Framlingham and Orford Castles are well worth a visit as is the cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds with Abbey gardens, prestigious shopping, a great market, Theatre Royal and brewery to name a few. With its circular interiors and nostalgic structures, this delightful mill conversion offers beautiful accommodation over two floors. Mixing modern conveniences such as underfloor heating with traditional character such as beams and exposed brick walls, guests will experience comfortable, sophisticated and cosy surroundings in which to enjoy a blissful break. The lounge features two comfortable sofas arranged around the wood burner and Smart TV, ideal for sinking into after a day exploring the area or cosying up on a cooler evening. From here there is a door to the striking sun lounge, flooded with natural light, which accommodates both a dining table and further seating from which to enjoy lovely views over the moat to fields and farmland beyond; a fantastic backdrop to any celebratory meal. The stylish kitchen is well equipped for those wishing to dine in with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and to help with cleaning, a handy dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar for more informal dining. Moving up the oak staircase with glass panelling to the first floor, there is a spacious king size bedroom with TV and continuation of the exposed circular brick walls which add a wonderful romantic element. High ceilings, exposed wooden flooring and a central skylight allow for a light and airy feel. Walking out onto the large balcony ,guests can once again enjoy panoramic views over rural Suffolk while indulging in a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Completing the accommodation is a contemporary bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Outside, the mill features an enclosed patio area ideal for a spot of al fresco dining with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. For the ultimate in relaxation, a private hot tub in which to sit back and gaze over the fields beyond or up to the stars. A path leads around the mill and the moat below is home to ornamental fish.
