Part of an independently-run and family-owned estate in the beautiful Somerset countryside, Burrington Lodge is nothing short of stunning. Floor to ceiling windows frame the exceptional views, the interior furnishings are chic and sumptuous, you’ve got all the mod cons you could possibly need for a stress-free stay and all around you there are walking routes, historic cities, ancient sites, charming villages and green spots in which to picnic, sunbathe, read, amble and relax. This exclusive lodge ticks every box.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

Somerset really does have something for everyone, whether you’re a rambler, a history buff, a wildlife lover or a foodie. If you’re feeling active, the West Mendip Way passes just two minutes from the park, there are some brilliant cycle routes in Draycott and the surrounding area or you could climb the dramatic Cheddar Gorge. The quaint village of Cheddar itself is definitely worth a visit, as is the picturesque cathedral city of Wells, or you could explore Glastonbury Tor, Brean Down, Clevedon Court and Montacute House, to name just a few historic places of interest. Bristol and Bath, with their shops, restaurants and landmarks, are both within easy reach, or you could simply wander around a farmers’ market savouring local cheeses and ciders.

Interior Details
The lodge has two en-suite super king bedrooms, both of which have flat screen TVs, rainfall showers and separate dressing areas, as well as a spacious open plan living area which comprises a comfy corner sofa, a Bang and Olufsen TV, a modern gloss kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining table for four. A welcome hamper will await your arrival.

Exterior Details
Outside on the deck you will find a breakfast table with four chairs, four sun loungers, an additional seating area with coffee table, sofa and two chairs and a partially sunken private Jacuzzi hot tub. There is also a deck to the side of the lodge with led lighting along the edge.

Conditions of Rental
The minimum stay is 3 nights from a Friday or 4 nights from a Monday. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. No smoking inside the lodge.
