Set within a converted malt house with outstanding views over the creek (the clue is in the title!), this delightful terraced cottage is a lovely sunny spot where families, couples and groups of friends can relax in beautiful waterside surroundings.
Set over three floors to make the most of the exceptional views down the creek, this cottage is the perfect destination for bird watching, beach visits and water sports, to name just a few of the leisure activities on offer in and around Noss Mayo. The property itself (one of eight within a converted malthouse) is well equipped and decorated to a high standard, the setting on the water is both relaxing and fascinating, and the surrounding area has a huge amount to offer its visitors, whether you want to take it easy or get the adrenalin pumping. Whatever the weather, Creek View is a unique and memorable holiday home.
The cottage is located within the sailing village of Noss Mayo, where you will find restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance. There are sandy beaches and water sports centres within a 10 minute drive, you can go fishing and crabbing on the creek itself, and guests also have free use of the facilities at Dartmouth Golf and Country Club. Alternatively you could visit the neighbouring village of Newton Ferrers, explore the National Trust woodlands, play 18 holes at Bigbury, St Mellion or Thurlestone or take a day trip to nearby Plymouth.
Guests could take the train or the ferry to Plymouth (21km away) or drive to the cottage via the A38.

The cottage has three bedrooms – a master double with wonderful creek views and two twins – as well as two bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a living room with all the mod cons. Wireless broadband is available throughout.
Outside there is a small west-facing balcony as well as a private garden and a slipway with access to the creek. There is off street parking for two cars.
Conditions of Rental
Changeover day is Friday, with check in time from 3pm and check out by 10am. Minimum stay is 4 nights.
