In the heart of the Cotswolds and a300 year old dilapidated barn has been beautifully renovated, recycled and repurposed to create a spacious and luxurious country retreat. This is truly a wonderful escape.
Eco-friendly and decadent in equal measure, Bledington Barn is a characterful mix of original features like exposed stone and oak beams and contemporary comforts like under floor heating and Gaggenau appliances. The property is light and spacious throughout, perfect for families and groups of friends who want to holiday together without getting on top of each other. Bledington itself is peaceful and picturesque - the very essence of a traditional Cotswolds village. And the surrounding area is full of delightful pubs, gorgeous scenery, bustling towns and historic houses. It takes the prospect of a ‘weekend in the country’ to a whole new level.
Bledington is home to the award-winning Kings Head pub as well as a charming village green complete with swings, ducks and ice cream, and 5 minutes away you will find Daylesford Organic Farm and Haybarn Spa. Soho Farmhouse is also nearby, as are Oxford and Cheltenham, or you could hire a bike in Chipping Norton, visit Blenheim Palace, sip ales at Hook Norton Brewery and get up close and personal with the animals at the Cotswold Wildlife Park.
The next-door village of Kingham provides a train station with direct trains to London, and Oxford/Cheltenham are about 25 miles away.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - a king size en-suite Master, a twin and a room with a sleigh bed - as well as a family bathroom with two large Corian sinks.
The barn sits within the grounds of the owner’s farmhouse on the edge of the village green and it has its own private terrace with a BBQ.
Minimum stay is 3 nights with check in rom 4pm and check out by 10am. Whilst being a dog-friendly cottage, the barn can only accept small-medium dogs for an additional £30.
