General Info

If you’re looking for a detached, comfortable, stylish property in a stunning and secluded location then this renovated house could be just the place. It feels wonderfully peaceful and isolated, and yet the walled market town of Conwy and a myriad of other attractions are a short distance away. And the cottage itself has plenty to offer, from cosy wood burners to a luxurious hot tub with magical views of the mountains. You cannot fail to relax and unwind. 

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

Within walking distance you can access a shop and a pub and the nearest beach is 4 miles away. There is a network of walking trails right from your doorstep and the mountains, fields and streams of the Snowdonia National Park are just waiting to be explored. Conwy itself is a World Heritage Site with a 13th century castle, a fishing harbour and a selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, and nearby attractions include Bodnant Gardens, the Welsh Food Centre, Surf Snowdonia, Zip World and the RSPB reserve and fishing lakes. You could even take a day trip to Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed or the Isle of Anglesey.

The cottage is spacious and sensitively restored, with two bedrooms (one king and one twin), a wet room, a lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV and a kitchen diner with another wood burner and all the mod cons you could need. Bike, canoe and surfboard storage is available.

Exterior Details
From the kitchen diner you can access the patio where you will find garden furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub with views of the mountains. There is also a lawn for relaxation and play, and the cottage is set within 20 acres of grounds.
