A three bedroom end terrace barn conversion situated on a working livestock and arable farm on the isle of Anglesey. The cottage is situated around a central courtyard with two other holiday cottages in open countryside, just a mile from Llangoed village and three miles from Beaumaris.
Stroll down to the Anglesey Coastal Path towards Penmon Lighthouse to watch the seals and puffins playing off the coast, or take a walk in the other direction into Beaumaris with its moated castle and boutique shops. Just a short distance from this holiday cottage is Bangor, a picturesque coastal city with fabulous sunset views over the Menai Straits and a great base for visiting the nearby Snowdonia National Park. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 3.5 miles.
Llangoed village is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the east corner of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. There is a shop and post office in the village. Nearby is the fascinating town of Beaumaris, with a 13th century castle, Georgian and early Victorian houses and shops, a number of excellent tea rooms, restaurants and stylish shops, and a delicatessen. Visit the town’s old courthouse and Victorian gaol, or the pier where you can fish for crabs or catch a boat to see the birds on Puffin Island. From the pier and promenade there are spectacular views across the Menai Straits and Snowdonia. Nearby Penmon Priory, founded in the 6th Century by Saint Seiriol and with its Holy Well and Dovecote, is just a short walk away on the coastal footpath.

Inside there are two double bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one ensuite) and a bunk room. There is a stylish and spacious open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with granite worktops. The living area has a woodburning stove. There is underfloor heating and rich oak flooring and doors. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi.
There are double doors from this charming holiday home in Anglesey on to a small patio, which has garden furniture and a BBQ, and is ideal for soaking up the sun and views. Off road parking for 2 cars.
