This lovely room is open plan with the dining area and has an upholstered two-seater sofa, a snuggle sofa and an armchair. The room has an occasional chair and tables with a flat screen TV and DVD player.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan and flows through from the living / dining area. It features granite work surfaces and plenty of storage. There is a breakfast bar with two leather barstools, a large overhead extractor with glass induction hob as well as an integrated gas fan-assisted oven, separate grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as smaller appliances that include a toaster and kettle. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Dining Room/Area
Incorporated into the lounge, this room features a table with seating for four.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master suite features its own bathroom with separate bath tub, and is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen television with Freeview, bedside table with lamp, several occasional chairs, a mirror and chest or drawers.
A large stand alone wardrobe offers plenty of hanging and folded clothing space.
