One-Off Feature

Nestling in the heart of the beautiful Spanish Pyrenees, this grand old Aragonese dwelling was once an important farming estate and has now been lovingly restored into a welcoming rural guesthouse.

General Info

Combining traditional architecture with modern comforts and facilities, Casa Lascorz is a luxurious retreat where guests can relax and explore this wonderful corner of Spain. The rooms are bright and spacious, a delicious breakfast can be included (as can other meals if you so desire), there are numerous communal areas both inside and out, and nearby there are national parks, vineyards, rivers, monasteries and tapas bars - something for everyone!

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

The Spanish Pyrenees are paradise for those who enjoy the great outdoors, and activities like walking, cycling, climbing, horse riding, rafting, skiing and canoeing are abundant. The diverse geology of the region, which includes canyons and lakes, makes for some exceptional scenery, and wildlife lovers will discover vultures, eagles, wild boar, deer, bats and salamanders, to name but a few of the creatures who live here. The Somontano wine region and the town of Barbastro are well worth a visit, as are the historic towns of Ainsa, Jaca, Graus, Abizanda, Alquesar and Torla. Or you could picnic by Lake Mediano, visit the Basilica de Pilar in Zaragoza or swim in one of the turquoise rivers.
