The house itself is 300sqm, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as huge living spaces and all the mod cons. And the grounds cover a staggering 3,500sqm which comprise tropical gardens, spectacular terraces, a swimming pool and a spa overlooking the sea. Nice itself has a huge amount to offer, from designer shops and diverse restaurants to tranquil gardens and waterfront promenades, but you may not want to leave the comfort of your villa!

The city centre is just a 5 minute drive from the villa, and here you will find cultural attractions, buzzing nightlife, and shops and restaurants galore. Accommodation Details

Interior Details
The main villa has six bedrooms spread out over several floor (the Safari bedroom, on the top floor, has its own large sun terrace). Each of these has been decorated in its own individual style and they all have en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a light spacious living room with leather sofas, dining furniture and lots of windows, and the villa is also equipped with a modern Italian kitchen and a utility room. Within the gardens below the main house there is a wooden chalet which can be used as a seventh bedroom.

Exterior Details
From the living room you can access the pool area, complete with loungers a pool house, an outside toilet and a huge wooden terrace with dining furniture. In the garden below the pool there is another terrace which houses a large hot tub, and below this there is an area where you can play table tennis under the mimosa trees. Within the lower levels of the garden you will find lots of fruit trees and a bench where you can enjoy some peace and quiet. The villa is 250m above sea level so all the terraces offer magnificent views over Nice, the Mediterranean and the Southern Alps.

Further Details
The swimming pool is heated between April and October.
