All our properties comply with at least 5 of the 8 following points:
- the property is in a remote location (ie not near other properties, major roads etc)
- the look of the property from the outside is of particular interest - ie dating back several hundred years, or a particularly interesting conversion
- one or more of the facilities on offer is uncommon
- views from the property are unlike any others in the surrounding area
- internally the property has distinctive and different features
- the property offers additional services which are uncommon / out of the ordinary
- the property is in unique location - and if amongst other properties has significant distinguishing features
- the property type is one of a kind - for example a chateau, an eco-house or a working farm
