The villa is totally secluded, yet only minutes from 5 more swimming beaches as well as water sports, sailing and tennis facilities. There are also plenty of boutiques, restaurants and markets in the nearby international yachting harbour, Port Elizabeth. As one of the most chic and original beach villas available for rent in the Caribbean, New Eden featured on the front cover of Architects' Journal on its completion in September 2003. |

After the capital island of St. Vincent, Bequia is the largest of the islands and cays that make up the island state of St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Other islands in the Grenadines chain south of Bequia are Mustique, the Tobago Cays, Union Island, Palm Island and Petit St. Vincent. The main town of Port Elizabeth is a favourite stop of yachtsmen for supplies, repairs and also the odd party! It wraps around Admiralty Bay and has a walkway which connects the shops, restaurants, bars, and small hotels lining the shoreline. Temperatures consistently average between 24C (75F) and 30C (86F) throughout the year. A "chilly" evening in the winter months (January to March) might see a low of around 21C (70F) and in the summer months the temperature could occasionally reach 32C (90F). Tradewinds bring cooling breezes for most of the year; the famous Christmas Winds bring stiffer steady breezes, lively seas and perfect sailing weather. |

Getting There:
| Most visitors from outside the Caribbean region, including from the USA, approach Bequia via direct international flights into Barbados. International arrivals into Barbados are in the early afternoon, which (assuming there are no outbound delays) allows convenient onward connections to Bequia. From Barbados, visitors can choose either to fly direct to Bequia (55 minutes), or fly to St Vincent (35 minutes) then take the ferry to Bequia (1 hour, US$6 one way). |

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and two feature en-suite facilities. Power supply is 110 volts throughout and there are ceiling fans throughout the property. There is telephone and internet access available as well as a treadmill, and all fixtures and fittings are finished to the highest standards. Finally, for guests' entertainment, there is even an Xbox and also a range of DVDs.

As well as the additional cottage in the grounds (see below), New Eden provides all guests with hammocks swaying between palm trees, sun loungers and umbrellas plus a beach hut near the water’s edge.

Jeep rental will be delivered to you at the villa and you can then pay the local company direct USD 350 per week (speak to owners to confirm). There are also evening meals available at extra cost – again speak to the owners to confirm.

A 25% deposit will secure your booking, with the 75% balance due 60 days before arrival.
