What visitors have said about Ty Gwyneth Romany Caravan

“As ever, a fantastic stay at Ty Gwyneth. We regularly visit the area and stay hereas it is a small drive to the Afan valley, the meca of mountain biking in the UK. The Location is excellent; easy to get to from the M4 but tucked away in a quiet village with a great view from the back garden, brilliant for those breakfasts or barbeques in the sun. The house is large enough to fit a group of people, and the three bathrooms make it excellent for bigger groups and the lazy boy chairs in the living room help relax the muscles after a long day riding. Its always clean and tidy, and the dishwasher is a massive bonus! Overall it the property is of excellent quality and very reasonably priced therefore I can thoroughly recommend it; we will always stay at Ty Gwyneth when visiting South Wales”

“We had an extremely pleasant stay at Ty Gwyneth over the Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend, Thank you! Not only did Gaina give us some lovely home made cupcakes, she even brought them to us in the pouring rain! The sheep in the field next door made for good entertainment in the bad weather. Despite raining all weekend, we were dry and warm in the clean and cosy romany caravan and the location was nice and centrally based. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and had everything we needed, even tea, coffee, sugar and milk! The garden was lovely and the private parking was perfect. The ONLY thing missing was somewhere to be able to sit and eat dinner when it was raining, but there is enough space in the caravan for a couple to sit inside and eat, even though its not ideal it was perfectly acceptable and actually made our dinner quite memorable... Overall, I would recommend Ty Gwyneth without hesitation and we will certainly be going back to hopefully enjoy some better weather and take advantage of the lovely beach at Porthcawl which was only a few minutes drive... Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“We had a great week at Ty Gwyneth, with plenty of room for 2 families of 4. Even in April it was warm enough to sit outside at the huge picnic table for breakfast and watch the lambs in the field next door. We found Ty Gwyneth ideally situated for access to countryside in the Brecon Beacons; seaside at Porthcawl, Ogmore,Southerndown , Gower and even Pembrokeshire in just over and hour; and the Cities of Cardiff and Swansea with plenty to do in each. We would recommend it for it's convenience off the motorway, it's large space and its accessibility to a wide variety of places and amenities. Only thing missing was a pub in walking distance, which accounted for our large collection of bottles for recycling at the end of the week! We certainly intend staying at Ty Gwyneth again.”
