Interior Details |
You enter the house through an oak panelled hallway, complete with a solid oak staircase and crystal chandeliers. Quite a first impression! Off the hallway sits the lounge with its green Chesterfield sofas, gold guilt mirrors and stone-carved fireplace – just the place for a pre-dinner glass of something special. The Lion King dining room and study are furnished in a similar fashion, and are no less impressive. The kitchens are stunning and completely equipped for large scale catering, especially if you request the caterers we have on offer. Upstairs the bedrooms have 4 poster beds, dressing tables and desks, as well as ensuite bathrooms, LCD televisions and internet access. All the space and furnishings throughout the house make you feel very special and really it has to be seen to be believed.

Exterior Details |
Just outside the house is the Orangerie with its own shower, towels and toilet and here you will find the enormous hot tub. At 2x3 metres it is roomy enough to treat 7 people like royalty! The Orangerie also has a set of cane furniture and a dining table seating 12, so it is ideal for more intimate dinners while you gaze at the stars through the ceiling. Eriviat Hall is approached by a long private driveway, and the surrounds of the Hall are laid with golden gravel. The south face of the Hall has a large double lawn surrounded by woodland and open parkland, and this is the perfect spot for a marquee. Wildlife is abundant and herds of deer can often be spotted in the parkland. There is also access to public foot paths to explore the area.

Further Details |
There are little details everywhere to remind you of the history of the house, from the stone lions guarding the entrance and the Coat of Arms in various places to the carved monogram in the lounge fireplace. But to bring the house up to date, the lounge is equipped with a 50 inch plasma HD television, surround sound, Sky channels and WiFi. The study is similarly kitted out. If you’re looking to hold big dinner or drinks parties then this is the right place for it, from the bespoke chef’s kitchen to the dining room which can seat up to 28 people. You can also sit on the tables in the kitchen if you want something a bit less formal. Sleeping arrangements will never be a problem, with the 1st floor sleeping up to 14 guests and the top floor sleeping the same number, all in varying sizes and shapes but all equally well-appointed.

What visitors have said about Eriviat Hall |
| |

Our family had a wonderful time at New Year at this truly beautiful house that could not have been better equipped, or more able to cope with a large group of people, and to do it with such grace and style. Conrad and John could not have been more lovely hosts. We will be back!
