Ortakent is a peaceful town and one of the oldest human settlements in the area, a 10 min walk from the villa along a valley with citrus groves, olive, mandarin and fig trees. The seaside town of Ortakent Yahsi is 900 mts. from the villa, a favourite with the locals with its wide sandy beaches and good restaurants. |

The water on the nearby beaches is very clean and wind conditions make it excellent for sailing and other watersports. The Greek island of Kos is just 15km from the villa. Bodrum, or ancient Halicarnassus, known as the St. Tropez of Turkey, is just 7km away. You can also take boat trips out to the Greek islands of Kos, Rhodes, and Simi. Bodrum is home to a magnificent Castle, the Myndus Gate, the Ottoman Shipyard Tower and a Museum of Underwater Archeology. It hosts several cultural festivals - notably the Ballet Festival in August, pop concerts at the Castle or in the 2000 year Amphitheatre. It also boasts the biggest open air disco in Europe with a capacity of 4000 people. In Ortakent itself you can do many different watersports. Ortakent also has a 5 hole academy golf course (2km). There is an 18 hole golf course 35km away. |

There are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom also has an ensuite and a separate study. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens stainless steel appliances incl. deep fryer, espresso machine, microwave, fridge with ice cube/ice crusher. There is a washing and drying machine in the cellar. The living room is spacious and has a log fire, as well as satellite TV, DVD etc. The walls of the house are 50cm thick ensuring that the house stays cool in summer and warm in winter.

Outside there is an acre of beautifully kept gardens for you to enjoy. There are four separate terraces so you can enjoy sun or shade at any time of day, as well as an outside fireplace on which you can BBQ, or just light it if the evening feels chilly. There is a large swimming pool with an infinity overflow and jet stream, as well as pool seats. There is an outside shower and toilet at the pool area, as well as a separate fridge.
