You are only a short walk from the beaches, national park and beachside restaurants and shops. Cabopino Port with its varied restaurants and yachts is just along the beach. |

The Dunes is in a unique setting next to the sand dunes of the Andalucian National Park. The area surrounding the beachside penthouse is residential and beach. A five minute stroll through the dunes takes you onto the beach at Carib Playa.The beaches have real sand, sun loungers, umbrellas, beach bars and water sports. There are five restaurants within easy strolling distance of the penthouse. There are two supermarkets and a newsagent selling foreign papers as well as an internet cafe close by. A fifteen minute walk through the National Park brings you to the beautiful port of Cabopino and its facilities. |

The Dunes is furnished with high quality fittings to give a stylish interior. There are two large leather sofas, flat screen satellite TV and CD player. This area also has the large dining table and rattan dining chairs. It leads directly onto the dining terrace through large glass patio doors. To make it a home from home we have lots of DVDs, videos, games and books available.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and integrated dishwasher, oven, hob, fridgefreezer and microwave. There is also a kettle, toaster and coffee maker and washing machine. The bedrooms consist of two double bedrooms and two twin all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, ensuite marble bathroom and direct access to an exterior terrace. The penthouse bedroom has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and private access to the terraces. This room is large and has a sofa, DVD and CD players. The remaining double and twin bedrooms share a bathroom.

There are three outside terraces. The main dining terrace is just off the large living area. This overlooks Artola golf couse and the Mediterranean sea, is shaded, and great for alfresco eating. There are eight chairs and large table here for that purpose and a double swing seat. The other two terraces are on roof top level with fantastic views of the sea and local hills. One terrace is furnished with a Dedon Daydream day bed, single sunlounger and exterior sofa with cushions. The other terrace has Kettal outside sofa and armchairs, retro gas BBQ, and coffee table. Two of these terraces are totally private and not overlooked.... a rarity on the Costa del Sol. The penthouse is set in walled grounds with sub tropical gardens. There is a very large swimming pool and a smaller pool for younger children. In the high season there is a lifeguard. Toilets and showers are available in the pool area.

We have done quite a few self booked holidays and we found this was the best so far. The appartment is very spacious and clean. The beaches are near to the appartment, even thought I felt a trifle over dressed on one of them! The resturants in the area were very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely holiday and one day we may even return for second helpings."
