Las Tortugas sits in a 2500m2 walled and gated plot. It has four large bedrooms, each with either ensuite or adjacent bath or shower room, two living rooms, separate dining room and two kitchens. The 10m Pebbletec pool sits in a large open terrace beside a 40m2 covered area furnished for dining and lounging in the shade. |

Almería is the easternmost province in Andalucía and probably the least known. It escaped the intense development which took place in the other more popular costas during the latter part of the 20th century and even now that it is becoming more popular, it is by no means as crowded or as built up. The coastal towns of Mojácar, Garrucha and Vera have great beaches and a good selection of restaurants but it is more chill-out than big nightlife. The jewel of the area is the Cabo de Gata natural park, which boasts some of the most beautiful, unspoiled beaches in the Mediterranean. Our nearest beach is ten minutes’ drive at Garrucha, with Mojácar to the south and Vera to the north. Just around the corner from Las Tortugas is the golf course generally considered to be the pick of half a dozen sites by the local golfers. |

Each of the two sitting rooms has an independent digibox so less opportunity for fighting about what to watch. The WIFI connection is available throughout the house. Fresh linen and towels are provided each week. Maid service available with prior notice.

The pool measures 10 x 4m plus two Roman Arch ends - one for the steps and another for the underwater bench - ideal for watching our beautiful sunsets with a glass of something cold. There is a BBQ beside the covered terrace which contains a dining table and chairs for 10 and sofas and easy chairs for relaxing in the shade. Plus a fridge to keep your drinks cold and close by! There is covered parking for 2 cars and plenty of other space to park more cars within the walls.

The house is on two floors, each with two bedrooms/bathrooms, living and dining room and kitchen, which makes it ideal for two families travelling together. During the winter months it is available as two separate self-contained apartments - consult us for details - and at that time no children under 16 are permitted unless both apartments are let to the same group.
