The three rental properties are all within the same grounds, but each quite separate as they have their own entrance. Each villa has beautiful landscaped gardens, independent entrance and private swimming pool. Each of the three villas, one five bedroomed, one two bedroomed, the other with three guest bedrooms, have been finished to the highest of standards. All have WiFi Broadband internet access available, heating when necessary and a full range of built in comforts to ensure that your stay with us is as stress free, relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Catering is available on request at €15 per head for lunch, €20 per head for a two course dinner and €25 per head for a three course dinner (all excluding wine). Babysitting is also available on request at €8 per hour. |

Ronda, known to locals as the 'The City of Dreams', has a fascinating history and is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Southern Spain. The newer part of town is a bustling area of small shops, bars and restaurants and the site of Andalucia's most famous plaza de toros. To the east of the town is the pristine Sierra de la Nieves national park, recently declared a Unesco Biosphere Reserve and just ten minutes to the west is the Grazalema Park, home to some of the most diverse flora and fauna in Spain. A series of traditional ‘Pueblos Blancos’ (white villages) are all within easy driving distance. The walking and birdwatching here are amongst the best in Europe. The nearest beach is at San Pedro, less than an hour away whilst the unspoilt beaches of the Atlantic coast can be reached in a little under two hours. This is a superb location from which to explore Andalucia. |

Getting There:
| The villa in Andalucia is just over an hour from the international airports of Malaga and Jerez whilst Sevilla and Gibraltar are about one and a half hours away. If coming from the UK, there are lots of budget airlines which fly to these airports and you should be able to get a very good deal if you book in advance. Detailed driving directions will be given upon booking. |

La Cancela is a self contained villa in Andalucia with two large double bedrooms each with their own en suite shower room. The sitting room / diner is a light and airy space with views of the garden and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and four hob cooker. The villa has electric night storage radiators and an open fireplace to keep you snug in winter. All bedrooms have duvets and electric blankets and overhead fans to keep you cool in summer.

The three villas are set on 3 1/2 acre estate with beautiful and extensive landscaped gardens. There are mature orchards of olive and citrus, walnut and almond, quince and medlar, as well as a beautifully maintained garden surrounding each villa. There is also a vegetable garden, fish pond and a fountain. There are terraces surrounding the villas, which include a large covered patio for alfresco dining. La Cancela has a 4x8 metre swimming pool. The extensive gardens are laid to lawn and contain a wealth of flowers, shrubs and mature trees.

The Estate is just five minutes west of Ronda, on a quiet country lane, in the beautiful Llano de la Cruz valley. To one side of the estate are spectacular views of the Sierra de Ronda and to the other a beautiful vista of fertile, undulating farmland. Celts, Phoenicians, Romans and Arabs all passed through this area which was eventually re-conquered from the Moors by the Catholic Monarchs. The oldest part of the town of Ronda, the original citadel fortress of the Moors, lies to the east of gorge, a labyrinth of winding streets with ancient mansion houses, churches and enchanting little squares. This ancient hill town straddles the extraordinary Tajo, a narrow gorge that plunges to a depth of more than 150 metres. There are breathtaking vistas from many of the bars and restaurants out across the gorge to the surrounding mountains. If you're in search of an idyllic villa in Andalucia, this is the place!

We have had a wonderful week in La Cancela and the Ronda area. The villa has been superb and we have enjoyed lazing by the pool and sitting round the rustic dining table with torta, local wines and sherry. Your recommendations of Al Lago and Almocabar were fantastic and were the highlight of our culinary experiences. Favourite villages were Gaucin, Grazalema and Zahara. Thank you from the Kiwis!

My wife and I just returned from Ronda and a week at La Cancela. We have had some tremendous vacations, especially since we started our international travels, but I'm not sure we've had any better than this one. I don't know how much of it had to do with the area which is unbelievable, or the villa and the wonderful hostess, Caro, but it was a very special week. We'll be back and will stay longer! Kathey and I have continued to smile and remark to each other what a wonderful time we had on this vacation. Everything about it. I can't believe how cool the area is, and we just scratched the surface. And, it was an absolute pleasure being with you and staying in that great villa. We just had a fantastic time.

This our third visit to Ronda was by far the most enjoyable, due to the quality of both La Cancela and Los Olivos. The warm, homely atmosphere set in such tranquil settings was an absolute delight. Caro was always on hand to assist whenever required, but never obtrusive in any way at all. We can thoroughly recommend both villas in every way and look forward to returning as soon as we are able.

We had a wonderful stay at La Cancela. My wife and I traveled with our 19 month-old son, and from the very start of our stay Caro was very helpful in accommodating us. There was a baby bed and high chair - both in new condition, and she had even provided our son with some toys. She also provided us with plenty of food, so that we did not have to concern ourselves with going to get groceries upon our arrival. The house itself is beautiful. The yard and pool are well-kept and a large wall separates the villa from the main house, so there is plenty of privacy. We also enjoyed the city of Ronda. It is pretty, clean, and historical with many friendly and helpful people. It also serves as a great home base for travel to the surrounding cities of Sevilla, Granada, and Malaga. I cannot say enough nice things about our experience at Finda Ronda. It was easily the best part of our trip to Spain.
