The area of the "The Sierra de las Estancias" is a truly beautiful and tranquil spot to experience. A setting to enjoy vistas of uninterrupted countryside with blue skies. Albox is the nearest town (20 mins by car), and it has a large weekly Market, Supermarkets and Tapas Bars/Restaurants. Velez Rubio and Velez Blanco nearby have a Castle, a National Park & breathtaking views. There are 2 Restaurants almost on your doorstep offering you the chance to sample local food/wine. Locally you can partake in Diving (local school), Tandem Flying, Organized Walks & joining in with the Birdwatching Group. Cycling Holidays are available here either with a Tour Guide or self exploratory Trips. Groups of up to 16 can be accommodated locally. Please ask for details. A bit further afield there is Tennis, Horse Riding, and a Water Park.

The sparkling and beautiful Levante Coastline has been awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness, enabling you to enjoy the pretty little Coves and grand sweeping Beaches of the Mediterranean. Visitors feel a sense of exploration here as some of the coves can only be reached on foot. The wonderfully Historic Cities of Granada, Cartagena, and Almeria are all easily visted in a "day trip". and are well worth the effort. As well as enjoying the Archititecture, the Shopping Centres offer a very different type of experience. "The Alhambra" in Granada is definitely one of the Wonders of the World. The White Villages of Velez are a world apart from "hustle". The views easily rival Ronda, the quiet little cobbled streets and relaxing plazas make you feel you have stepped back in time. And with a fabulous Castle and National Park also on offer, a stay in this villa in Andalucia will make for an unforgettable holiday. |

This villa in Andalucia is in its own 12 acre grounds, with a private drive and electric gates to enter. The 8m x 4m solar heated filtered private pool, the gardens and the terraces are south-facing, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the sun and views all day in the seclusion of your holiday home. The pool itself is exceptionally private and peaceful, with a 360 degree view of the surrounding landscape.

Conditions of Rental |
A non-returnable deposit of £150 per week secures the booking. There is a returnable inventory deposit of £150 required against damage/breakages (repaid by internet banking on departure). The balance and inventory deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Arrival/Departure: arrivals are from 4.00 pm, departures 10.00 am (local times). Earlier arrival times can be arranged prior to arrival when the house is free.
The owners live onsite and are always happy to provide advice on things to do and places to see.
The house and gardens are not suitable for babies/toddlers or young children.
Guests should bring their own towels for use by the pool and beach.
