Getting there & away/local amenities |
|

Getting There:
| Mimosa is located just 700 metres from Kotor City at the entrance of a small village called Muo which lies between Kotor City and Prjanc. It is on the water's edge just past the Muo sign on the left; before the Police Station. The closest international airport to Mimosa is Tivat, about 9 kilometres away. Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, also has an international airport and is about an hour’s drive from Mimosa. Cilipi airport in Dubrovnik in Croatia is about 90 kilometres from Kotor, about a one and a half hour drive, dependent on traffic (in summer reckon on up to 3 hours with border delays). Flights to Dubrovnik are sometimes cheaper and more frequent than to Tivat. |

We absolutely loved our stay, fittings included. The sitting is idyllic. We'll definitely be back in spring/summer preferably. In the meantime I have kind of ‘sold” your apartment to other friends. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again.

We have had an enjoyable stay in your very comfortable apartment with great views of Kotor and the bay. The wall looks spectacular lit up at night and Kotor Stari Grad is a very lively place both in the day and in the evening.
Had a hectic but enjoyable holiday. There is so much to see in Montenegro. Kotor is very beautiful and very lively in the evenings at the weekend. Comfortable apartment, welcome to IKEA living, better then the brochure. The black and white cat is very friendly and likes to jump onto your lap for a snooze. We have named him/her Joey. We will come to Montenegro again soon. Enjoyed the coast and particularly Przno fishing village near Budva. Excellent food at restaurant Blanche.

I have had five calm and nice days here in Kotor, it's a beautiful place and Montenegro is a truly wonderful country. Next stop Dubrovnik, bye bye Kotor.
