The three bedroom apartment, LuxHighTech is the result of combining two apartments into one which took over two years to create. Liepaja is situated on the Baltic Coastline and is blessed with the internationally recognised Blue Flag stunning white, fine sandy beach. If the stunning vistas that its beaches offer aren’t enough to stimulate your senses whilst you watch the sunset into the ocean, check out Liepaja’s nightlife. After all, it is known as the town of music entertainment. During your stay however, don’t forget to view Liepaja’s colourful history. Indulge in the museum and make sure you visit the local church’s magnificient organ and stunning panoramic views. Be sure to take a walk to the local market and purchase fresh fruit and vegetables directly from local markets - low carbon footprints here! Getting There:
| Liepaja is 200km west of Riga, on the Baltic coastline. It is accessible by car, train and bus. You can also travel by ship from two different ports in Germany – one directly to Liepaja and the other to Lithuania, a 50 minute drive from Liepaja. The main destination airport is Riga (try Ryanair or Air Baltic). You can also fly to Palanga whic his 50 mins south of Liepaja. We can provide airport pick up (from Riga to Liepaja) and car hire reservations. |

This contemporary, luxurious hi-tech apartment is fitted with items from superior and exclusive brands. It has Lutron remote controlled blinds and lights. There is a home cinema (165cm), full high definition TV. There is an extensive library of music and Blu-ray movies and 3-D movies, an exclusive Arcam hifi and Eclipse-TD surround sound audio system. Each of the three bedrooms has a TV and Video player, as well as an iPod docking station. The kitchen is equipped with fine porcelain china crockery and crystal glasses from London’s Conran shop. The beds have superior 100% pima cotton bed linen. There are two bathrooms, one of which contains a Villeroy & Boch Aquagate steam cabin where you can sit down and relax while listening to music under a choice of coloured light selections. The shower selection ranges from rain showers to tropical mist, as well as stimulating body shower jets.

With the successful completion of TheLuxPod, London, which has been dubbed the tiniest and most luxurious studio in the Capital, the owner Judith Abraham went on to create the LuxLoft Penthouse in Latvia, which is considered to be the most luxurious and high tech interior in Latvia. The LuxHighTech apartment is the third in TheLuxPodExperience brand to date. The Latvian apartments are in the town of Liepaja, a stunning undiscovered old town located on the Baltic coastline in Eastern Europe. Liepaja itself has a number of attractions to keep you busy close to home. There is a lovely yacht harbour and a stunning park area with lake and fountains. The weekly market is a great place to experience Latvian life. The museum is well worth a visit. You can climb to the top of the Church of the Holy Trinity and look out over the town.

We stayed with five friends in a really sophisticated,high tech apartment in a Soviet-era building in Liepaja on Latvia's Baltic Coast, early in Spring 2010. The owners have created a really unique experience for their guests and work extremely hard to ensure that your every need is met.
The 'all-singing, all-dancing' shower in the Master ensuite is impressive. With a light-show, music and every concievable computerised programme ranging from a Scottish mist to full blast downpour!
The apartment is equipped with a 'Home Cinema' complete with an eclectic range of Blu-Ray DVDs, 3-D films and Satellite TV which you watch on a giant screen complemented by an superb sound system. The guest bedrooms each have their own I-pod docking station and TV on which to watch DVD's.
Lots of attention to detail has been paid to making sure that a touch of luxury awaits you in Liepaja, which is a really interesting seaside city with a fascinating past, great beaches and a musical heritage well-worth exploring. This apartment is in an ideal location near the canal and promenade.

Imagine the feel of a central manhattan loft were Phillipe Stark has given his signature on, but, you are in Liepaja coastal town in Latvia. All the rest and nature entertainment at your feet and yes also the luxury of this fully equipped very tasteful loft! The host Ashley and local help Sintija were great and very helpful!

"Was a perfect place to visit. Calm city and beach. The beach was as long as the eye could see, and almost no tourists!
Nice place for your wallet, and the trip to Karosta with the ghost of the old cccp still hanging around made it complete.
The host was also excellent.
The flat was over the top regardig all the facilities.

One week, we spent as a couple in the apartment. The information on the Internet even exceeded our expections. Liepaja is great, especially the nearby sea and the surrounding area with its natural beaches.
It is in the old town of the city where you can visit some bars and restaurants with very good and inexpensive food, and as is the beach, all easy access by foot. The supermarket nearby as well as traditional bakeries offer more than people can imagine.
The apartment has great facilities, everything your heart desires. Even rainy days during the colder months one can survive very well here. The owners are very nice and helpful, so even before arrival by e-mail. Value for money is very good. If you are thinking to afford a double room in 5 star Hotel opposite, then consider this apartment. It is on a higher status and a lot better. 2-4 people would be the optimal utilization.
For our next stay in Liepaja, this apartment with security has first choice. Thank you Judith and Ashley, it was great! "

We stayed 8 nights in this apartment during windsurfing WC competition in Liepaja. Just 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to the beach and close to city center. Unfortunately we didn't have too much time to enjoy Liepaja, but it was great to watch football matches in the evenings and some movies on huge 65’’ screen, it was like movie theater, great sounds, too!

I stayed in this luxury apartment with 3 friends for 1 week at the end of August 2009. It was an excellent place to stay and it is in the very heart of lovely Liepaja. The nice seaside park and the baltic coast are only a 10 minute walk away.
The property was very clean and well equipped. We were made very welcome on arrival and some food items were supplied to get us off to a good start.
There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Our favourite was the Maja Restaurant.
