The three apartments are part of a restored farmhouse and set in the stunning part of Umbria on the Tuscany border. The estate is nestled in olive groves and oak trees. Chestnut woodlands and walks to the local Etruscan Tomb are from your front door. All the apartments are furnished to a high standard, there is a solar heated fenced swimming pool with comfortable loungers. |

Monte Tezio, which is part of the Italian National parks is immediately opposite and an easy stroll can take you to the top with 360 degree views of Tuscany and Umbria. We overlook the estate of Antognolla and the 18 hole professionally designed golf course. The views of surrounding hill towns and villages are breathtaking in every season, you can see as far as Perugia in the distance, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno on clear days. From our location it is very easy to take a train to Rome, Pisa or Florence for the day and not have the hassle of motorways or parking. |

The apartments are two bedroomed with open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The bedrooms (one twin and one double) are spacious and airy with fitted wardrobes. Large bathroom with powerful shower and sink. There is an open plan kitchen, living room and sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave and baby steriliser. Childrens books and toys are availalble on site.
Each apartment is capable of receiving wifi but please bring your own computer, phone.

Each apartment has its own private patio with barbeque, table, chair and loungers. There is a play area for children away from the apartments and a solar heated fenced swimming pool.

Wine and olive oil is available to purchase on site. We have a meal menu if you require an arrival meal or just not want to cook one night.
Baby pack, shopping and walk out cleaning service are all available on request.
Lots of childrens equipment available such as cots, sterlisers, bed guards, potties, pushchairs etc. Once a week weather permitting guests can have an evening of making pizzas and watching them cook in the outdoor wood burning oven. WIFI internet access is available in all apartments on request.

Conditions of Rental |
25% non refundable deposit required at time of booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. €200 security deposit is required at time of arrival and returned at the end of the holiday less any breakages, wine or oil purchases etc.

Thanks for such wonderful accommodation. We first stayed here in 2006 then 2008 and have come back this year. Each time we take home such fond memories. Such wonderful hosts and so helpful, Helen and Steve make is easy to return. We have explored the area but still have lots remaining to do.

We stayed in L'Alba apartment and the views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the birds and wild animals around us. The swimming pool was heaven and warm in June. We got to Perugia easily and managed to go to the Jazz festival which was great. Assisi was only 30 minutes away are truely breathtaking. Thanks for being such good hosts.

We planned to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 13!! Alsagra is in such a great location that we saw Florence Rome by train so no need to move. Perugia and Gubbio were our favorites. The apartment was great, really spacious and comfortable. The pizza making evening was great fun although we did drink too much wine. Thanks for everything. Kathryn and Jo
