The villa's proximity to the beach and facilities at the house make it the ideal choice for one or two families with young children. Aside from the cots and high chairs that are provided, there is also a bottle sterilizer, liquidiser, changing mats, baby carrier and paddling pool available, as well as toys, books and games for children. |

The villa is situated at 5 minutes’ drive from Villasimius, on the southern coast of Sardinia. Villasimius is a seaside resort town, offering many leisure activities. A thriving marina provides boat hire facilities and boat outings to small islands off the coast. It has numerous facilities; 2 PADI 5 stars diving school, a sailing school,an 18 hole golf course, banks, a 24 hour medical centre, good shopping and restaurants. Other activities on offer in the local area include cycling, horse riding, fishing, watersports, walking, and tennis, amongst others! |

Getting There:
| Villasimius is about 50 minutes’ drive east of Cagliari, the largest city on the island. Cagliari is served by an international airport, about an hour's drive. Easy-Jet flies direct from London Luton to Cagliari while Ryanair flies direct from Edinburgh, Manchester and Bristol. Ryanair also flies from London Stansted to Alghero (with a coach connection to Cagliari). There are frequent scheduled flights to the mainland (Alitalia and Meridiana) and charterand scheduled flights from Gatwick and Heathrow . Cagliari is connected by ferry to Civitavecchia (Rome) and Genoa. |

The villa has 5 bedrooms (one single, two twins and two doubles). All bed linen is supplied. For those with children, two high chairs, two cots and safety gates are provided. There are three en-suite bathrooms and one shared bathroom – towels are supplied (but not beach towels). The living / dining area has seating capacity for 9 in both areas and there are books and board games, children’s toys, CD and DVD player (and a selection of CD’s and DVD’s), satellite TV and internet access. The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. The house is air conditioned and has central heating (and an open fire) so can be kept warm or cool, depending on the season!

The large verandas around the house are furnished with comfortable built-in sofas and lounge chairs. Two outdoor eating areas. Large garden, outdoor showers and a children's paddling pool.

Conditions of
Rental |
All charges (electricity, gas and water) are included in the rental. A security deposit of 500 euros will be required for any loss, breakages or damages caused. The sum will be left with the key holder who will refund you directly at the time of departure. Air conditioning / heating are extra and will be charged at 150 Euro per week (optional). The villa will be ready after 4 pm although an earlier check-in time could be arranged if requested. On the date of departure please leave by 10 am to allow the house to be made ready for any other arrival. In a two week rental period, a villa cleaning will be included in the price. We ask you to ensure that at departure the house is left as clean as you found it.
Insurance cover should be purchased independently because I cannot be held responsible for any accidents incurred during your stay.
