The Villa has 2 comfortable and finely furnished apartments, each offering utmost privacy and tranquillity. The studio sleeps 3 and the one bedroom apartment can sleep 4. This is a typical Trulli stone dwelling and is situated in the middle of the vineyard. The apartments are equipped with individually-controlled air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer in the bathroom and colour TV. Cots for babies are available on request. The villa is five minutes from the heart of Lecce and is ideally situated to reach the nicest beaches of Salento in just a few minutes’ drive. |

Villa Diana is 5 kms from Lecce on the way to the Melendugno beaches. All the seaside resorts of the Adriatic and Ionian shores are within easy reach in a few minutes’drive. Visit the numerous fortified farms and watch towers erected as a defence against the Turks. The beaches and cliffs of a stupendous shore, the wildlife areas and parks offer a delightful setting to the estate. Just a stone’s throw away you will find a typical country village with a high concentration of some of the best typical restaurants of the region and, next to Villa Diana, a riding club for an unforgettable ride. The surrounding roads have lots of cycle tracks so you can explore the surrounding area by bike (bikes are available on site). Golf fans will find a 18-hole golf course ten minutes drive away. |

The apartments are 50 metres from the main villa. The one bedroom apartment has an upstairs bedroom (with king size bed). Downstairs there is a living room with two sofabeds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio apartment has one room which combines the bedroom and kitchen corner, and a bathroom.

Conditions of Rental |
Prices include final cleaning (or weekly) of the apartment and change towels half week (every 3/4 days). Welcome basket of food (no breakfast included). Linen, electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning, service, VAT and other taxes are included. Children under 12 years old pay 50%. Check-in time: from 2pm. Check out time by 11am. No pets allowed. Bookings confirmed with 20% deposit.
