Masseria Alchimia is a 17th century mansion house located near the small town of Fasano. The property was restructured through 2007 and now offers luxury rental accommodation in central Puglia for discerning travellers. The masseria is surrounded by olive trees and offers a tranquil environment. The whole estate has been renovated to be eco-friendly. Solar energy, controlled water consumption and recycling facilities are all incorporated. Masseria Alchimia is composed of 10 self catering apartments all furnished with the creations of today's leading international designers. |

The masseria is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, and is just a few minutes by car from the beach and the nearest golf course, and only 1km from the town of Fasano with its restaurants and shops. So you will not be short of activities. Massages and beauty treatments are available on site. We can organise bicycle hire for you, book sun beds and umbrellas on selected beaches, make golf bookings, theatre bookings etc – you name it! The surrounding area will not leave you short of things to do, whether you want to hike and horse ride, or admire old towns and museums. |

Old mansion house conversion into a little charming hideaway featuring just 10 studios differing in size, form and layout, each with independent entrance, some with private terrace, others opening directly onto the garden. All our studios are furnished with design classics and equipped with hairdryer, satellite tv and dvd player, safe and wireless internet connection (extra cost). Each studio has air conditioning. Couples can choose from 'Standard' or 'Superior' with external area and view of the garden. 'Romantica' has a wonderful view of the sea and a private terrace. 'Suite' is two rooms with panoramic terrace and two person external and private pool.'Family' is another two room apartment which can sleep up to 4 guests, with 2 bathrooms. 'Junior Suite':two rooms with light therapy tub for exclusive use.

Late afternoon Check out (untill 18 h): € 20 Rate include room cleaning after three days with change of towels and bed linen, daily cleaning possible (extra cost). Booking: 30% deposit needed as confirmation - balance two weeks before check in. Payment: only by bank transfer, credit cards are not accepted. Owner speaks English and German.

Beautiful retreat for people who like to stay close to the sea and who love and enjoy italian culture without being eaten up by it! Spacious suites with minimalistic design give people who love that the absolute opportunity to relax and take more than one deep breath. Even more beautiful are the large terrasses connected to some of the rooms. You will have a wonderful view over hundreds of olive and lemon trees. The charming building was completely tastefully renovated.
We especially loved the contrast between the old stone and the contemporary interior!

...The place and view is just perfect...You do need a car or your own way to move around. (I mean bikers).They do clean in your room/apartment every day. I do repeat myself, the view is just perfect. The place is kept in a kind of style
that it makes you feel in the cube white age. (Ok - Joke!)

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Alchimia for a few nights last August. It was peaceful, simple and tucked away in the middle of an olive grove. Caroline, who runs the masseria, was very helpful and kind. My only negative comment would be that there is no place for coffee/breakfast etc and because you're in the middle of an olive grove, the local bar is not around the corner, but obviously they have little kitchenettes for making your own in the room...
