The townhouse is a wonderful place to relax with all the amenities needed. The south of Italy is renowned for its lovely food and there is a vast choice of restaurants in Ostuni with a varied and glorious menu on offer. Local supermarkets and other shops offer fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. Chemists and banks are all within easy walking distance. A folder of information is left in the house for guests use. |

The main door leading up to the lounge/dining room which has a magnificent exposed stone ‘Cathedral’ ceiling, and is furnished with a sofa bed for two, leather armchairs, TV / DVD/ CD music system, and dining table for six. Pictures adorn the walls and air conditioning and a heating unit are available for your comfort. A glass door leads to the balcony. The lovely fitted kitchen has a gas hob, toaster, kettle and espresso coffee maker together with all necessary crockery, glassware and utensils. Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, bidet, wash hand basin with mirror, shelving and storage space. Steps leading from the lounge to master bedroom with its wonderful arched ceiling and decorated in luxurious rich colours, bedside tables with lighting, generous wardrobe and drawer space, hairdryer and mirror. Stone stairs leading up from the lounge bring you to a fully equipped laundry area.

Conditions of Rental |
A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is required 42 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of £ 100 is requested to cover serious damage or breakages, which is refunded after inspection and house keys returned. We do not consider the house suitable for people with walking difficulties or very small children because of the stone stairs.
