Caserma Carina is a 19th century listed country house and has been beautifully restored maintaining many original features. Situated in the strolling hills with views of the stunning surrounding countryside and the awesome Sibillini mountains, guests can relax in total comfort whilst still being only minutes away from all local amenities. There is a large swimming pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped south facing gardens, terrace and gazebo all offering more than ample space for private outdoor dining. You can now, as part of your holiday, enjoy a cooking course at the fantastic il Maniero restaurant and art club, just 10 minutes from Caserma Carina Country House. |

We are only a short walk into Mogliano centre which has banks, supermarkets, local shops, good restaurants and bars. Elevated, it is surrounded by high walls, including the ancient bulwarks of the original fortress. There is a week long festival in late June/early July which includes dancing, music, re-enactments from 1744 around the town and to end the whole event a spectacular firework display to music. This is just one of many local festivals occurring throughout the summer.
We are centrally positioned to explore the beautiful coastline of the Monte Conero National Park, the fantastic Sibillini mountains or more locally we have an ancient Abbey and archaeological area of Urbs Salvia with the well preserved amphitheatre dating back to the 2nd century.
There are the famous Frasassi Caves within an hours drive not to mention the beautiful cities of Urbino, Ascoli Piceno and Macerata. Macerata holds the second largest Opera Festival during July and August. |

Apartments have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas and complimentary dark wood furniture. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities. Internet access is via WIFI.

The spacious landscaped gardens offer areas for dining, relaxing or simply lazing by the 12m x 6m private pool where guests can gaze at the stunning views whilst enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Sunbeds with luxurious cushions and sunshades are provided and Girasole (2 bedroom apartment) also has a private garden to the rear of the property. BBQs are available for use by the guests where private dining can be enjoyed on the terrace, under the gazebo, around the pool or indeed anywhere in the gardens. There is ample private parking. The pool is open between May and the end of October.

We offer a small menu of locally cooked cuisine which can be pre-ordered and delivered to your apartment. We also have a fresh fish van every Wednesday morning for guests to purchase the catch of the day then bbq later.

Conditions of Rental |
There is a booking form to complete to confirm availability and prices.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance of the payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should the holiday be booked less than 8 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due immediately.
A €200 cash deposit will be required on arrival which will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to any damages.
Changeover is generally Saturday to Saturday. However mid week bookings and shorter stays will be considered subject to availability.

A perfect location as it's not far from the Adriatic Coast and the beautiful quaint hill top villages of Le Marche. The luxury apts. are terrific and the owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. The pool is another amazing asset to this location as you can enjoy breath taking views of the Siblini mountains from the pool. Another added bonus is that there is a local Italian caterer who makes delicious local specialities and can deliver the food right to your apt, if you and your family don't feel like cooking one night. I would highly recommend Caserma Carina and it would also be a great place to rent out to 4 individual families who were all wanting to all go on holiday together.

These apartments are the most tastefully decorated I have seen and incredibly comfortable. The pool is fantastic and, even when at full occupancy, there was masses of space, so we never felt as if we were on top of others. What really made the holiday, however, was Lesley and Dean's incredible hospitality. Their genuinely thoughtful recommendations for sampling the local culinary delights, beaches, Roman ruins - and a whole plethora of other activities - turned a week in the sun into a fantastic break into a wonderful part of Italy. I would thoroughly recommend Caserma Carina.

Just to say a big thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks we shared with you. We loved going into Mogliano every morning for our expresso. Thank you so much for making Rebecca's birthday special. It was greatly appreciated, especially the cake. We will miss our chats but perhaps you'll get more work done now that we've gone!!

Another great 2 weeks at Caserma Carina. Going home totally relaxed and pleased that nothing has changed! As usual Dean & Lesley, you have made us feel completely at home and welcome and we're pleased to see the humour and banter continues. Good luck with the rest of the season and we'll be back soon, but needing an extra bed.
