The orchards, a mass of pinks and whites of fruit trees in full bloom, first almond, then peach, pear, plum and cherry and last the delicate apple blossom. Come in June and see the soft colours of the oleander buses that continue to flower all through the summer and the piercing yellow of the brush that covers hills and dales. Or come and help us pick our olives in November. At our local mill see how they are pressed and watch the pure virgin olive oil as it trickles out, later to be drizzled on piping hot "bruschetta" around an open fire.
