The pre-trip correspondence was engaging and upbeat. The arrival greeting and introduction to the apartment were perfect. The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our needs, and the guest information (bus and metro) was informative and useful. The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined, and residential, yet only a short walk to Testaccio, Trastevere, and Circo Massimo. Bus and metro lines are easily accessible.

"Magical Stay"
We had a wonderful stay in Rome in this intimate and beautiful villa near the Circus Maximus and the colourful local area of Testaccio. We were travelling with teenagers and a 5 year old and decided an apartment with a lovely garden walking distance to the Colloseum was a good idea. Eclectic decor and well kitted out - the Villa Guilia was a refreshing and unique experience.

"un havre de paix dans un quartier résidentiel"
Un appartement de grand standing , decoré avec gout et materiaux nobles. La chambre "Red" est tres spacieuse et agreable. La "Brown" un peu enfermee. Le jardin apprecie. Le quartier tres recommand? pour des s?jours un peu longs. Id?ale pour vivre comme les romains, peu touristique mais a 10 mn du centre. Proche de Testaccio , quartier populaire ou on mange tres bien.
