Villa Vista is a spacious villa and is ideal for families, couples or friends. Suitable for all ages, particular to those with an interest in cultural history, exploring islands, walking, scuba diving, rock climbing or just having the opportunity of relaxing on some of the wonderful surrounding beaches.The beauty of Ermioni is that it is a working Greek community, so most facilities are open throughout the year. It has one of the best all year round climates, although during the summer months the temperatures are very high, hot and humid, yet the winters are mild and sunny, with clear blue skies. The other important factor is that Ermioni has changed little over the last number of years, both in its appearance and in continuing to keep the local civic, historic and religious festivals and traditions alive. |

Ermioni is an undiscovered and enchanting island town, which is still very much a working community. The people who live here are friendly, the food in the local tavern is delicious, and the village retains its civic, historic and religious festivals and traditions. This is a side of Greece that not everyone gets to see and it is very appealing. The year round climate is good, the facilities are open all year round, and there are lots of interesting places to visit, from the old churches to the Historical and Folklore Museum. The countryside is perfect for exploring on foot, and the beaches are full of opportunities to swim and scuba dive. If you can be here for the annual Ermioni Music Festival you are in for a real treat, likewise the colourful weekly farmers’ market is a must-see. In many ways untouched, yet providing every amenity from banks and pharmacies to shops and cafes, this area of Greece has it all. |

Villa Vista is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and was built by the owner in 2003. The accommodation comprises an open plan, fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room area with direct access onto a large balcony facing south-east to Ermioni. The two double bedrooms, with aircon, are on the lower floor with doors to a large semi-covered paved patio (ideal for an afternoon siesta in the shade!) The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with w.c. and wash-basin, while the huge second bathroom boasts a corner bath as well as a walk-in shower, w.c. and wash-basin. There is also a double bed-settee in the lounge area for 2 additional guests, if required (a small charge will be applicable). All linen and towels included. There is a TV, DVD player, music system and many books to read.

The villa is private and situated in an olive grove, just outside Ermioni, amongst a mature olive grove and offers great uninterrupted views towards Ermioni and the island of Hydra. One can sit outside and just listen to nature, or in the evenings watch the colouration of the sky. Because the Villa is situated in the countryside, care should be taken with the BBQ, in the event of strong winds and fire. However being situated in the countryside, there is always a cooling wind blowing from up from the valley.

The villa has been furnished and fitted to a very high standard and has full central heating for early Spring or late Autumn evenings. All the windows have fly-screens so you can avoid getting too close to nature! There are several beaches within 15 minutes by car, Epidavros and Nafplio are also within easy reach. The house is non-smoking. Wi-fi is available at some of the cafes in the village. Don't just think about spending your holidays in Ermioni during the height of summer. During the winter months, the weather is pleasantly warm and ideal for exploring. Little is written about Ermioni in the guide books, yet it is a beautiful Greek town, very central to many places of historical and cultural interest, surrounded by many coves and beaches. It is situated in the southeast of the Argolida region, within the Peloponnese, mainland Greece. Ermioni was given its name by the mythical hero Ermionas, who was the son of Europus and founder of the ancient city of Hermione.

Conditions of Rental |
The accommodation sleeps 4 people, but 6 people can sleep at an extra cost of 50 Euros per person per week. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required on all bookings, with final balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Plenty of flexibility with check in/out except on changeover days, then the following is applicable: CHECK IN at 18:00 CHECK OUT at 10:00. Water, electricity, air-con and central heating included in the rental rates.
