Our comfortable villa is available all year round and although the temperatures drop in the winter, Kefalonia is still a fantastic place to visit. Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian Islands. Villa Loukia is situated near the traditional Greek village of Karavados in the Livatho region only a few miles south east of the airport. The village centre is slightly inland (5 mins drive) from the small sheltered south facing sandy bay at St Thomas. Larger sandy beaches can be reached by car within 10 minutes. Local activities include: Walking, sea kayaking, horse riding, scuba diving, snorkelling, boating, fishing, water skiing, wind surfing, shooting, mountain biking, climbing, health retreat, shopping, restaurants and bars. |

Getting There:
| Direct flights from the UK are available from all major airports on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Flights via Athens are available most days of the week with Olympic Airlines. It is also possible to fly to Zakynthos (Zante) and then catch a ferry to Pessada. |

There are four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all of which are large and luxurious! There are four en-suite bathrooms and a separate family bathroom. The downstairs bridal suite has a romantic double bath, his & hers separate vanity/WC, four poster bed and your own private balcony with stunning views. Each room opens onto a terrace and all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a large sitting / dining room which seats ten, has an open fireplace, and even a grand piano! There is an additional upstairs sitting room with satellite television, sound system, DVD player, leather corner suite and and day bed as additional sleeping for 2 people. There is a large fully equipped high specification kitchen with breakfast area and separate utility room. Weekly cleaning service and linen change is included.

Rental |
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking. Security deposit of £300 (or Euro equivalent). Final payment (including security deposit) to be settled 90 days prior to check-in. A small complimentary welcome pack will be provided. Cot hire for the duration of your stay is 30 euros. Prices are based on the rental of the villa, pool and grounds. Prices include weekly maid service and linen change, pool and grounds maintenance.
