Le Chant du Nant is also ideally situated in the Portes du Soleil region of the French Alps which offers excellent holiday or hobby opportunities for all the family, all year round. The most popular time of year being Winter, the Portes du Soleil is one of the biggest ski areas in the World with approximately 650kms of pistes and is ideal for all levels of skiers and boarders. With resorts such as Morzine, Avoriaz, Chatel and Les Gets, the area has become a favourite for many. The nearest ski slopes to Le Chant du Nant are just 5kms away. In Summer, there is a complete change of activity. From downhill cycling, rock climbing, paragliding and white-water rafting to the more leisurely activities of golf, fishing and hiking. If you prefer to take it easier, why not relax on the beaches of Lake Geneva or take a swim at Morzine's outdoor Olympic size pool. |

This area offers great holidays all year round. The Winter season has some of the best ski resorts in Europe including Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets and Chatel. There are also the smaller ski resorts of La Grande Terche and Drouzin le Mont less than 5km away. Local places to visit are Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz for skiing, snowboarding and winter paragliding. In the Summer these places offer mountain biking, paragliding, golf, rock climbing, swimming, fishing and many more activities for all the family. There are also the lovely towns of Evian and Yvoire on the shores of Lake Geneva, only 30 mins drive away. Other places of interest are Chamonix, Mont Blanc and Annecy which are all within an hour’s drive. There are local sports facilities including; tennis court, football pitch, basketball and boules court, all within a five minute walk. In Morzine itself, there are wonderful sports facilities including; outdoor Olympic size swimming pool, kids pool with water slide. |

Rental |
Prices are fully inclusive of Bedlinen, Towels, Heating and use of Sauna. A light supper plus provisions will be provided on arrival. In Summer we offer the choice of
a BBQ. Prices are in Euros and are priced per week for up to 7 people. Prices do not include flights, car hire, transfers, bike or ski rental. The minimum rental period is one week, Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time not before 5pm and departure no later than 10am in high season. Guests are expected to clean the apartment prior to leaving. Please note this is non-smoking accommodation and sorry, no pets!
