Le Trayas is a village built on the slopes of the Pic Martin, a hill at the foot of the the Esterel mountain range. The local coast line is known as the Cote d'Or, featuring the world famous Corniche d'Or, one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. The Cote d'Or has innumerable small sandy bays, seperated by dramatic cliffs. Beach, marina (possibility of boat rental), very good dining in nearby restaurants on the corniche, tennis, golf, mountain hiking/biking/horseback-riding/fishing, glitz and night life of Cannes (20 min by car)...in fact, any conceivable outdoor activity. The nearest golf course, in Mandelieu (15 min by car), is rightly called the "Old Course" since it was the first course on the Cote d'Azur. There are 10 golf courses within 45 min drive. |

Fastest connection by TGV from Paris (change-over in St. Raphael) is 5:21 hours. |

En-suites are finished in natural stone and have wet room showers. 1st Floor: Aside from the master suite, there is a large open plan area finished in natural stone, consisting of lounge area with two separate seating areas both with 2 sofas, a flat screen television (sky +) and DVD recorder. The open plan kitchen and inside dining area lead directly onto outside terrace including outside dining area and sun loungers. The high specification kitchen includes granite work surfaces and Miele fitted appliances. There’s a study area (with broadband access) and utility room. The ground floor has a the two further suites (both with terrace access) and the double room, as well as an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Also a seating area with two sofas and TV, DVD, CD and radio.

The house has fantastically positioned balconies and terraced areas, ideal for relaxation and outside dining. An outside bar is located on the ground floor, near the pool and is furnished with a fridge and ice maker. A gas BBQ is also located on the ground floor terrace. The southerly aspect that provides such spectacular views also ensures that sun is available all day. For those who prefer the shade, there are areas of natural shade provided on the terraces including ceiling fans, together with telescopic electric shades provided on the 1st floor terraces. So just lay back and watch the world go by in their super yachts! Not something all villas in Provence can claim to offer! The property benefits from a heated infinity pool, overlooking the sea.
