The neighbouring village La Gaude is only 4km away. It is another charming medieval village. Saint-Paul de Vence is the top tourist attraction in the area. Do not miss this fascinating village with its many top gourmet restaurants and shops. Near this place you may also find the magnificent art museum Fondation Maeght. Vence, which has medieval charm yet 15,000 inhabitants and all the necessary facilities, is only 5km from the villa in St. Jeannet. The road to Vence exhibits marvellous views of the Côte d'Azur and the Mediterranean Sea. In Vence you will find Chapel Rosaire, the museum for Matisse. Cannes, the famous city of the film festivals is situated only 30km from the villa and Nice, with its famous harbour, beaches and charming old city is only 20 minutes away.

The villa has a big entrance hall, two living rooms (one with a fireplace), five bedrooms, three bathrooms and toilets, two kitchens and a winter garden with a panoramic view. There are plenty of sofas and easy chairs for all the guests and the house is extremely well equipped with all the mod cons, from a TV and DVD player to a washing machine and tumble dryer. One living room, one bedroom, one kitchen, and one bathroom and toilet are in an independent studio. The villa is fully air-conditioned with temperature individually controllable in all rooms.

There is even a boules court with splendid views over the countryside. At the electronically controlled main gate there is an intercom system with video, for your security, and a double garage and parking behind gates is available. The charming medieval village of St. Jeannet is located 400 metres above sea level at the foot of the Baou St. Jeannet about 14km fron Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport. From the village and the villa there are panoramic views to mountains and to the Mediterranean Sea, which is only 12km away. Vence, a town with 15,000 inhabitants, has medieval charm, markets, squares, restaurants, shops, sights, art museums, churches etc and is only 5km (bicycle distance) from the villa.

Rental |
Prices are all-inclusive. Electricity, final cleaning etc. are included.
The rent is payable by transfer to the owners' bank in France in € (Euro). A deposit of 25% must be paid within 8 days of the date of booking (the “booking deposit”) and the remaining amount is to be paid - 25% no later than 8 weeks and 50% no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. To pay by Credit Card (PayPal), email the owner. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted (+3%).
Security Deposit is Euro 500 to be paid on arrival, which will be returned in full upon departure provided no damage is made to the house.
