The farmhouse, its origins in the 17th Century, and the two cottages are set in an acre of grounds which include a large lawn, outdoor pool and patio, perfect for lunch or barbecues
The property as a whole can accommodate up to 18 people comfortably in a mixture of double or twin bedrooms, but each of the 3 buildings can be rented separately, depending on your requirements.
In the main farmhouse there are 5 double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while each of the gites/cottages can accommodate 4 people. The larger gite/cottage contains two large bedrooms and two bathrooms; the smaller gite/cottage has smaller bedrooms and one bathroom.
The central courtyard and gardens can be locked for secure parking and the road is private access; no traffic noise or nearby neighbours.
When not rented out, the farmhouse is the location of the Auberge du Vin wine school, where Linda teaches WSET courses and wine education on the wines of the region: the Rhone Valley.

Further Details |
You don't have to stay at Auberge du Vin to take a wine course... but it helps! We offer three courses: Introduction to the Wines of the Rhône Valley (2½ hours), Foundation Certificate in Wines - WSET Level 1 (1 day), Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits – WSET Level 2 (3 days). Wine Courses are given in English in our large, sunny, wine tasting room using ISO glassware. Class size is limited to 12 people. The Wine and Spirits Education Trust is a global organisation to promote high quality education and sought after qualifications in wines and spirits. Why take a WSET qualification at Auberge du Vin? This is a special opportunity to study wine in the heart of a classic French wine region. You can see the vines from the classroom, taste the local wines, speak with their winemakers and hear about the latest developments in the vineyards and wineries. All this will help create a lasting impression of the course and increase your understanding of wine.

Auberge du Vin is in a beautiful area of Provence surrounded by vineyards. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Full of rustic charm! Chris and Linda are supurb hosts and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The gardens and swimming pool are divine. Can't wait for a return visit!

My husband and I held our wedding reception in the Auberge du Vin in August 2010 and in our wildest dreams it could not have been more perfect! The Auberge is absolutely beautiful and was ideal accommodation for our families before and after the wedding. The beautiful garden and backdrop of Mont Ventoux provided an absolutely stunning setting for the champagne reception, and the courtyard the perfect place for a meal, speeches and dancing!

We took a long weekend at the Auberge du Vin and came back feeling like we had had an entire week away of full-on relaxation. Linda and Chris were magnificent hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The food was locally sourced and delicious and Linda's choices of wine for our tasting was perfect. We were a party of 12 adults and 7 children aged between 9 and 15 and there was something for everyone. A wonderful escape.

We were there the first week of October 2010. Weather was wonderful, even managed a couple of dips in the pool! An extremely comfortable property set in stunning surroundings with a glorious view of Mont Ventoux to greet you each morning! If wine tasting is to be part of your visit, you will be spoilt for choice as there are so many places to go. We would highly recommend taking advantage of one of Linda's wine tasting courses and suggest you do this at the start of your visit. It was a very informal, informative and enjoyable few hours and her help and advice was very valuable. A visit to nearby Auberge Camarette for a special evening meal is a delightful experience. Linda will give you the details. You will need to have use of a car to make the most of this delightful area. A visit is highly recommended.
