The house is the perfect base from which to explore the joys of Provence. Guests will feel immediately at home in the cosy and tastefully decorated surroundings and the house and grounds are exceptionally well-equipped for a relaxing holiday. You could spend all day swimming in the heated pool, lounging on the sun deck, eating al fresco and exploring the wonderful garden. But when you want to venture out there are sights and experiences galore, right on your doorstep. The house is just a few minutes from Saint Remy de Provence, which can provide art galleries, restaurants and boutiques aplenty. And further afield there are vineyards, markets and medieval villages. This is a region which appeals to every sense. |

Molleges has everything you could possible need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, from butcher, two bakers and a supermarket to bars and two restaurants. There are even hairdressers and a pharmacy. From the house it is 20 minutes to the museums of Avignon, and 45 minutes to Marseille, the Calanques, the lovely port and beach of Cassis, and Aix-en-Provence with its famous fountains, trendy stores and mouth-watering gastronomy. Around the region you can visit the wine producers at Chateau Romanin and Domaine de Valmourianne, stroll around historic villages such as Glanum and Saint Remy, rifle through the antiques market at Luberon or visit the castle at Les Baux de Provence. Whether you want to walk and cycle through the countryside or sit in a village square with a bottle of regional wine, this is the place to do it. |

The house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. One is has a king size bed and an en suite shower and dressing room, and the other two, one double and one twin, share a large bathroom. Downstairs, as you enter the mas, you will find a spacious living room with a log fire and a very large kitchen (with pantry) which has been furnished to the most modern standards. A lot of the furniture comes from the antiques dealers of the region so the house has a lot of character and history.

Outside the house you will find a 12x5 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a large stone sun deck, a pergola and a small pool house which contains a toilet, a bar corner and an external shower. The pool is heated at no extra cost. The house benefits from two large terraces and a small terrace, all furnished with ample tables and chairs, so there is always a sunny or shady spot for you to eat, read or relax. The property is surrounded by 5 acres of grounds which comprise 3 meadows and a 5,000 square metre landscaped garden full of shrubs, plants and trees.

Linen and towels are provided and a highchair and cot are available for children. A gardener takes care of the lawn twice a month, and there is a regular pool cleaning (the pool is open from the 1st May to the end of October). When you arrive you will be greeted by a welcome hamper with champagne. Free WiFi is available.

Conditions of Rental |
We apologise but this is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed. The changeover day is Saturday. Final cleaning costs 120 euros which is to be paid on arrival.
