The Cote d'Azur is a wonderful area to discover. For families staying in villas in Provence there are beaches galore, with facilities for learning to water ski, sail, take a banana boat, etc. For walkers, the hills behind the villa are wonderful with superb views. For mountain bikers, a dream come true. |

There are markets every day within a half hour drive, with one in the village of Rayol every Friday. St Tropez is 25 kilometres away. Cavalaire is a town very close to Rayol with excellent facilities for children and adults alike.
Here you can hire bicycles, scooters, go on the beach, superb restaurants and a market in the port every evening. In Rayol you can visit the Domaine du Rayol, a beautiful garden, and concerts are held here as well.
The Ballie Suffren Hotel also in Rayol has concerts throughout the summer. Further afield are the villages of Bormes les Mimosas, Grimaud, Gassin and Ramatuelle, all of which are beautiful and interesting towns.
The villa is very close to the village of Rayol with all amenities including, butcher, baker, deli, bank, post office, hairdressers, flower shop and a small supermarket. |

| If coming by air from the UK, you can go to either Nice, Marseilles or Toulon – many of the budget airlines fly to these cities and you can get some excellent deals to get to villas in Provence if you book well in advance. |

The villa is very airy and spacious with the kitchen, lounge and dining room all facing the sea. All but one bedroom faces the sea, three having balconies and one its own separate terrace. It is totally open plan. The utility room leads out to the terrace and has iron, washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom with ensuite and double bed. Two further bedrooms with double beds. Room with bunks and shower room. Please note that all bathrooms have showers only and not a bath. Large family room with double bed and bunks.

The outside of the villa is very large and has three levels. There is a large decked terrace outside the dining room which is perfect for al fresco dining. The next level down houses another large terrace and the swimming pool, and below that is a further terrace with a boules pitch. There is also a table tennis table.

Conditions of Rental |
A well behaved dog is allowed, but sorry, no cats. Strictly no smoking except outside. Refundable security cheque of £500 on arrival to be refunded on departure subject to breakages. 20% non-refundable deposit to secure booking with balance due six weeks before departure. There are steps leading down to the house and so the villa may not be suitable for very young children or older guests.

Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay at La Respelido. It was a delight to come back from our day trips to enjoy the pool and have our late night dinners. We did spend a few days just resting, wading and enjoying the view. You have done a wonderful job refurbishing it. We will spread the word about your villa although you seem to have no problem renting it out.

Many thanks once again for the time we had in your wonderful villa. The views were magnificent and as we had two adult children with us the boules pitch and table tennis table came into their own. They loved the infinity pool. The villa is very well furnished and the design of the house works brilliantly. We will be booking for next year!
