What visitors have said about Chene - Les Limornieres |

This is the best place we've ever stayed in 24 years of visits to France (& two stints living here!). A lovely warm welcome with everything a 2 year old could need. We don't want to leave and will be back! (re-visited July 2010).

We can't really add much more to all the other reviews left on TripAdvisor about les Limornieres, which quite rightly rate this as perfect. We stayed in Le Chene which was pretty and well equipped; perfect for us and our 9 month old daughter. All the facilities we needed to cook our own food were there, a lovely position in the french countryside. We hope to bring our friends and try one of the larger cottages next time!

My daughter and I loved our 5 days at the totally cute and very comfortable little farmhouse at Les Limornieres. Hosts Nicole and Alex were so helpful with suggestions for castles, villages, markets and cafes to visit. We could walk or bike 3km to the local village of Le Grand Pressigny with its fantastic castle and museum and brilliant bakery.
It was the perfect tranquil place to visit between hectic Paris and London and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
