We have produced our own “welcome book”, which is in the house and includes details of restaurants in the village and nearby, local grocery shops, plus timing for the local market vans that visit the village. In addition, there are many maps and brochures for local attractions, including horse riding, white water rafting and ancient castles, and an English/French/English dictionary. |

Extensive walking and off-road cycling directly from the door. A number of ski resorts less than 1 hour’s drive away and cross-country skiing from the village. Close by are the Cathar castles and vineyards that the region is famous for. For those wishing more action, white water rafting on the Aude river is only 10km away. |

The living/dining room has a wood burning stove and patio doors. There are two bedrooms, sleeping a total of up to five people, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. We have a wide range of DVDs and books available, plus broadband internet access at no extra charge.

The patio doors open onto a small secluded garden and a terrace with table and chairs. The garden is a haven for insects and wildlife and has intentionally been left slightly untamed to encourage them to linger.
