The Mill at Kerbors is a villa in Brittany set in a beautiful, tranquil garden with a stream running through and there is a pond in the garden. For this reason the property is not ideal for very young children, but great for older children who would enjoy playing in the stream. There is a large field with magical views of the beautiful Pink Granite Coast. The Mill was actually an old mill workers cottage and the remains of the original working mill are slightly further upstream where just the gable end remains. |

Beautiful, coastal location on the Pink Granite Coast for your villa in Brittany. For the energetic you can walk to the coast. Breton villages with colourful markets. Seafood restaurants. Fabulous beaches. Islands to walk around at low tide or visit by boat. The village of Kerbors is small and has a "corner shop" for basic essentials together with a creperie. The town of Treguier is approximately 5 minutes drive in the car which has all amenities including sports facilities, a marina and a swimming pool. The town of Lannion is approximately 20+ minutes away and there is a great market on Thursdays. In the other direction is Paimpol which is approximately 20 minutes away by car and is great for outdoor restaurants, shopping and walking around the harbour admiring all the boats. There are some good shops and restaurants and it is also possible to visit Isle de Brehat for a memorable day out by boat. |

The Mill has a very large sitting room with a dining area at one end. The fabulous decor of tranquil beige and turquoise is complemented by deep pile cream rugs. The furnishings are of a high standard with comfortable striped sofas and two chairs. The wonderful fireplace gives added appeal for out of season holidays. 32" LCD TV and DVD player. There is a separate kitchen which is well equipped with all modern kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. There is a utility room with large additional fridge freezer and electronic state of the art washing machine. There is underfloor heating and the property is double glazed. Upstairs there are two king size bedrooms and one twin room together with a family bathroom. Downstairs there is an additional WC. Please note that one bedroom window does not have a blind/curtain. With the underfloor heating downstairs and electric wall heaters upstairs it is a great location for winter breaks.

Further sheltered sitting area with small table and two chairs - great suntrap and ideal for a "chilled out" breakfast. Picnic table up hill from garden in a large field with sea views.
