These properties form part of a ten acre watermill estate located in the pretty village of Plouguenast and are ideally situated to explore both the coastal area and inland beauty of Brittany. It is 25 minutes from the nearest coast and main town of St Brieuc, with St Malo, Le Mont-St Michel and the airport at Dinard within a hour’s drive. A pretty trout fishing river runs through the estate which is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty which contains both parkland and forest areas. The estate is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty and there is no shortage of footpaths and bridleways nearby where you can explore the surrounding area. From your villa in Brittany, you are within a few minutes’ walk of the village of Plouguenast which is a large village with several amenities, including a good sized supermarket. Fishing and kayaking are both available on site, and horseriding and tennis are available nearby. It is 20 minutes drive to the nearest beach, with over 20 more beaches all within a 30 minute drive. You are a 30 minute drive from no less than 8 challenging golf courses. There are seven good sized and interesting towns within a one hour drive, including Moncontour, Loudeac, St Bruiec, Dinan, Dinard, St Malo and Mont St Michel. |

Large heated swimming pool,On site fishing, There is a patio area with stone built barbeque. The grounds have a large heated swimming pool (shared with occupants of the other rental properties). You can fish and go kayaking on site. There is a games room, table tennis, pool & billiards, a French boules court, an open play area, forest walks and even a football pitch, all on site!

These newly refurbished properties are fully heated for year round rental. Each property has its own patio overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing. Satellite TV, DVD, video, wifi and a music/CD system are available in each lounge. We can accommodate large parties with one building having 11 bedrooms, sleeping up to 30 people and another having 12 bedrooms, sleeping up 32 people.

Conditions of Rental |
Prices are per cottage, per week in UK Pounds. Some special rates and shorter breaks out of season. Long lets also available. Saturday changeovers in high season (flexible at other times). Arrival time from 3.00pm and departure time by 10.00am. You can book via email, phone or on-line. We require a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment in GB pounds or Euros.
