Cottages 'just for two' are a rarity. This is a special little place, you'll love it. Kerpoence is a detached cottage situated on a very quiet, tiny lane in the pretty village of Laniscat. The cottage has been delightfully renovated to a high standard and is a true 'home from home'. You have everything you need here for that perfect romantic break. There is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable armchairs and patio doors which look over the garden. Laniscat has a bakers/grocery shop( with the BEST croissants in the area!)and two bars, all just a short stroll away.The village is very close to Lake Guerledan and wonderful countryside, great if you like watersports, rambling and cycling. There are also plenty of pretty towns and villages to explore with busy markets, it is easy to spend an hour or so wandering among the stalls.The coastline is never far away, being in central Brittany means that it is easy to explore the north, south or west coasts,all with something different to offer. |

Close by (10 mins drive) to this cottage in Brittany is Lac de Guerlédan with its sandy beaches and various watersports. The lake is surrounded by unspoilt woodland and hidden coves, ideal for quiet holidays and romantic getaways! For those who enjoy walking holidays, there are footpaths to discover around the lake and along the meandering Nantes-Brest canal. Uncongested roads mean that you can easily explore Brittany's historic towns and villages ideal for cycling holidays! Both the North and South coasts of Brittany are only an hour’s drive away so you can have the benefit of a beach holiday without the hassle of the crowds. The north and south coast are within easy reach, there are historic towns and villages to visit, bustling markets to explore, beautiful lakes and countryside to enjoy. Visit the historic coastal town of Vannes or walk along the cliff tops of Val André. You will also find numerous Neolithic standing stones throughout Brittany. |

Getting There:
| Travelling to Brittany is easy by either sea or air. There is a choice of ferry routes across the channel or you could fly via Luton airport. Exact directions to your holiday cottage will be sent to you once you have chosen your crossing and made your booking with us. All of the cottages are approximately 90 minute drive from the ports at Roscoff or St. Malo, and a similar distance from Dinard airport. |

This cute Btreton cottage has a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors leading out into the pretty garden. Upstairs there is one bedroom with wooden floor baords and a red and white checked handmade quilt on the bed, from the bedroom there is a bathroom. The whole cottage has been fully renovated, lovingly and stylishly, to a high standard. There is absolutely everything you need here for an enjoyable and very comfortable holiday.

Conditions of Rental |
We ask for a 25% deposit and then the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. We also ask for a £100 security deposit.

A beautiful cottage and it doesn't feel in the least little bit cramped.The garden was a perfect place to sit with a glass of wine-either in the sun or shade. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage to any couple who want a restful and very enjoyable holiday.
