The Mill is a handsome mid-nineteenth century converted 'moulin' situated on the Auvezere river, together with its own island. Cars are parked cars on the gravel driveway between the house and the river, and you enter the house up some outside stone steps. Whether you are a couple wanting a complete escape or a group of 10, renting Le Moulin de la Crouzille will give you a very special holiday in idyllic rural France. Situated on the banks of the Auvezere river, the beautifully converted buildings offer privacy and seclusion at a very high standard. |

"Pls forgive my delay in raving about your gorgeous home in the shadow of Historic Hautefort and Excideul. What a spot, and what a beautiful job you and your wife have done with your additions and decorating. We asked Matthew for a blow by blow of what it had been, and what the changes had been over the years. It is simply a charming, charming place, and we loved every second." - Pat M
